All three hospitals carry Hills prescription diets, and Lone Mountain and Craig Road carry some Royal Canin prescription diets. Every week we will order food for Lone Mountain and Craig Road, and every two to three weeks we will order food for Aliante.
Each week we need to count the food that we currently have and compare it to what Cornerstone/Impromed inventory says we have. We will need to record any discrepancies as well as correct them in the systems. Once the system has the accurate inventory, we can use the system to create purchase orders for Hills and Royal Canin. These counts need to occur Saturday - Monday with orders being placed by Monday at 5pm. Deliveries will come Tuesday - Thursday to all three hospitals. Along with the created purchase orders, we need to check for special orders on the schedules for Lone Mountain and Craig Road.

It is important to update the system with the correct count ASAP after counting the food so that we update it correctly, if someone sells or returns food between the time when we count and update it in the system, it will cause errors.
